KASARGODE
Kasargode is famous for Bekal, one of the most serene and sparkling beaches in Kerala . Also visit the temples of Madiyankulam and Ananthapura.

KANNUR
Kannur has beautiful beaches and fishing harbours and impressive forts. Aralam , a wildlife sanctuary is also situated here. Wayanad is well known for the Eddakkal caves which date back to the stone age. Places worth visiting are the attractive wildlife and bird sanctuaries.

KOZHIKODE
Kozhikode’s Kappad and Beypore beaches were important ancient ports. Vasco-de-Gama is said to have landed here.Malappuram’s teak plantations of Nilampur,the religious centres of Kondotty and Ponnani are a must-see. The world famous Kottackal ayurvedic centre is also situated here.

THRISSUR
Thrissur has a couple of wildlife sanctuaries at Peechi and Chimmini. The Guruvayoor temple and the Pooram festival at Arattapuzha draw large crowds. Palakkad is home to the largest tribal settlement in Attapady. The wildlife sanctuaries and Fantasy Park at Malampuzha are famous picnic spots.

Ernakulam’s prosperity is centered around Willingdon Island with its port. Places to visit are the Fantasy Park, Oldest Jewish Synagogue and the Dutch Palace. The numerous religious places are its pride.

IDUKKI
Idukki is renowned for its verdant hill-stations of Munnar and Peerumede. The wildlife sanctuary at Thekkady is a prominent tourist spot.
